At Book Fanar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new outfit isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
